Returns and refunds for MEDIFILE.ME emergency medical ID cards.
Return eligibility
Cards must be unused, unactivated (not claimed in a MEDIFILE.ME account), and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Activated or claimed cards, used or damaged cards, and any digital services or activation are non-returnable. Bulk or custom orders may have separate terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges & order issues
If your card arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. If it is, we will provide a prepaid label.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
