Consent and control
Users give explicit consent before storing health/emergency profile data and can manage visibility, export data, or delete their account from the dashboard.
Visibility settings
Profile sections can be Public, PIN-only, or Owner-only, allowing essential emergency details to be available while sensitive data remains restricted.
Sensitive actions logging
We keep audit-style records for sensitive actions such as consent updates, profile access, document downloads, exports, deletion, and admin user detail access.
Medical document limits
Medical uploads are limited by file type, file size, number per tag, and account storage limits. Deleted account flows remove document files tied to the account.
Secure account flows
Editing requires account login, password reset links are token-based and time-limited, and account deletion requires password confirmation.
Payment separation
Payment card details are handled by payment providers. MEDIFILE.ME receives payment status and transaction references, not full card numbers.
