Do I need an app?

No app is required. Any smartphone camera or QR reader can scan the card.

What happens when someone scans the card?

They see your approved essentials immediately. Sensitive fields remain PIN-protected.

What info is visible without PIN?

Typically name, key medical alerts, and emergency contacts you choose to show.

Will my emergency contact have access to my PIN if I cannot communicate?

Yes. You can choose to automatically share your PIN with your emergency contact when an alert is triggered. If someone sends an emergency alert from your card, your emergency contact will receive an email notification along with the PIN.

Can I update details anytime?

Yes. Log in to your dashboard to edit information or disable a card instantly.

Does it work worldwide?

Yes. Any phone with a browser and camera can scan your card.

What if the card is lost?

Disable or archive it from your dashboard. You can link a new card to the same profile.

Can I use multiple cards?

Yes. Multiple physical cards can point to the same profile for travel, family members, or backup use.

Is there a subscription?

Core use is free; optional premium features may be added later.
